Jeff Bina, President

I grew up in San Diego California, but left for the Marine Corps shortly after graduating high school. I proudly served my country for 6 years where I met my beautiful wife, Leslie. Together we have three awesome kiddos ranging in age from 14 to 8. My wife has recently retired from the Air Force after 26-years of dedicated service.

Being in and around the military for so many years, we are experienced renters and property owners alike. Over the years, we have seen the good, bad, and ugly of the property management industry. We know what it’s like not being able to get in touch with the person that is supposed be taking care of your largest investment. This is why we made the decision to start our own property management company. We know there is be a better way. We promise to treat your investment as our own, whether you are around the corner or around the world.

Phillip DeArte, Director of Business Development

Born and raised in the Central Valley of Northern California, I am the extremely proud father of 2 amazing adult children. My daughter, 21, lives in Phoenix, AZ graduating from Grand Canyon University Spring of 2020. My son, 18, is in Virginia Beach, VA serving in the U.S. Navy.

I have spent time working in various industries over the years with major corporations such as The Money Store and Snap-on Tools in regional management and outside sales capacities, most recently in the industrial and medical gas industry with Airgas and Matheson Tri-Gas. After so many years working within the corporate structure and watching the decline of actual person to person contact in exchange for budgets and sales numbers based on shareholder’s demands, it became obvious that it was time to make a change and do something that would re-invigorate my passion. That passion being to truly help and make a positive difference in the lives of others. Both Jeff (owner) and I share the strong belief in making and keeping promises… in honesty and integrity and are committed to providing a quality experience based on those concepts to owners and tenants alike.
