The rental period can also be influenced by factors such as the number of bedrooms and proximity to activities and transportation. On average, our properties rent out in under 4 weeks.
Tenants have the option to pay rent online or mail a check. The rent funds are deposited into a trust account, from which bills and fees are paid. The remaining balance is then transferred electronically to your account. Owners receive checks three times a month, typically around the 10th, 20th, and last business day of the month.
